There is a wrong information being spread in India by the agents that the students would be able to get Schengen Visa (applicable for Europe). The fact is that Georgia is NOT a part of Europe. In fact, Georgia is a splintered country of Russia and became independent in 1991. When you study in Georgia, you may be promised by the agents that you would get a job as a medical practitioner in Europe. You must understand that the European Union has 28 different countries. Each of them speaks a different language. It is not possible to work in any other country in Europe unless the language proficiency is achieved. Hence, do not choose Georgia as your study destination on the wrong promises of work promises in Europe.
The MBBS in Europe is always 6 years program including internship. Georgia follows EU pattern of education and minimum 360 credits are required which is possible in 6 years. Few of the universities in Georgia are wrongly promoting with 5-year program format which is just to show that the budget is lesser. The admission letters issued by the Universities are always with 6 years. Accordingly, the cost applicable would be for 6 years though initial promotions are with 5 years program.
